Fast delivery to your door
We ship your Eloped City directly from our warehouse in Malmö with delivery within 3–5 working days via DHL. Do you live south of Uppsala? Then you can choose Home Delivery with Getting Started Training, where the scooter is delivered fully assembled by our technicians – ready to use.

Shipping and delivery

Your goods are sent packaged and assembled to your home address by our logistics partners. The goods are sent within 3-7 working days. Before the delivery time, you will be contacted by phone or email for information regarding the delivery time. Verification of identification takes place before extradition. Easier assembly of the product may be required.
